Congratulations!

You have successfully finished high school and now is the time to begin a new and exciting chapter in your life! Welcome and congratulations on choosing Troy Univeristy to continue your education.

College is sure to be one of the most memorable times of your life and many choose to pledge a fraternity to enrich the entire college experience. Fraternity life starts with rush.  Rush is a great way to meet many new friends or even catch up with a few from the past. Some of these new friends will be just like you, entering a new world and full of questions. Other friends you will make will be older and can help guide you through certain things and maybe help with some questions you might have yourself.

We sincerely encourage you to register and rush this fall. Explore as many fraternities as possible and form your own opinion. This allows you to take an open look and realize what sets some fraternities apart from the rest. The Sigma Chi Fraternity, founded over 150 years ago, has one of the largest brotherhoods in the world. Here at Troy we have the largest chapter on campus and we take pride in continuing the tradition of excellence set by our founders of many years past.

We look forward to extending bids to great young men who will carry the ongoing unique traditions of our chapter and fraternity into the next decade. Rush starts in mid August and we encourage you to come by our house at 402 Pell Avenue to get a first hand look at what Sigma Chi is all about.
